Spectacular Service As across-country road warrior, it’s important to take good care of my car. When I called the dealer where I bought the car, near Boston, to request an appointment, (since I was planning on being there for 3 days), more than 2 weeks in advance and they said they couldn’t accommodate me, I was flabbergasted! I was staying with my sister in VA for Thanksgiving so I called Safford KIA. They not only fit me in the very next day, but they treated me with the most courtesy I’ve ever had at a dealership! In the future, I will try to work my maintenance around visits to VA and when I need a new KIA, I will definitely consider buying at Safford! More

Took longer than I thought but job well done I scheduled an appointment at 11:30 and thought I'd be done by at least 12:30 but didn't get done til a little after 1:00pm. Job was done well but when checking in I asked for my small Kia trunk to be vacuumed and got a bit of an attitude from the person checking me in. I've always had it done at the other Kia dealership I went to in Philly so I didn't think it was a big deal. They did do it and washed my car. I had to ask if everything was checked that I asked to be checked. Usually they tell me what was done when I cash out. The environment of the dealership was very quiet and not as much fun as I'm used to at a Kia dealership. Coatesville Kia had music food to munch on and dealers to talk to while you wait. So it was an ok experience More
