(He’s now a manager over the sales rep). He knows what my style is and knows what I can and cannot afford. I told him to put me in what I can afford and he did just that. This dealership DOES NOT stand by their product and eagerly puts blame on the customer in every circumstance. You would think a dealership would want to stand by their product but you would be HIGHLY mistaken to expect anything but mediocrity from this place!!! They will work their hardest to charge you for everything to include FAILED parts after only 500 miles on a new vehicle!!! HIGHLY recommend you go out of your way to find another Kia dealership otherwise you are asking to be blamed and pay excessively! More
