Every time I decide to give Kia a second chance the staff blows it. I won't be bringing my vehicle nor my service back to Kia. I took my car to get a simple oi I decide to give Kia a second chance the staff blows it. I won't be bringing my vehicle nor my service back to Kia. I took my car to get a simple oil change because I had a 9.95 coupon in the mail. I told the people twice before my car was dropped off I had the coupon so when I get there they tell me it's 56 dollars! They never bothered to call me and tell me my car was ready nor did they apologize for the huge inconvenience of the mess up. They lowered my total to 36 dollars and some change. I can honestly say Saturday was the last straw. I have no interest in going to Kia again. More
