5 years of interaction I received a letter "second notice" (a surprise since I was unaware of any previous notice) and called Safford to make an appointment for the suggeste I received a letter "second notice" (a surprise since I was unaware of any previous notice) and called Safford to make an appointment for the suggested update. Karen was able to get my '14 Sorrento in the next day. The update and an oil change were completed in a short time and I was on my way to other errands of the day. I bought this car (my third KIA) from this dealership and will likely stop there first when I start looking for another car...always friendly and accommodating with any request. More

Service department-rude employees The people in the service department are very rude. Took my car in for recalls. One person stood around and never acknowledge me . After several minut The people in the service department are very rude. Took my car in for recalls. One person stood around and never acknowledge me . After several minutes an older finally acknowledge me. He was rude and gave me short answers as if I was bothering him. He spoke to me as if I was an idiot. I am a Diesel Mechanic and probably know a xxxx of a lot more about vehicles than him. Nobody seemed as if they really wanted to help. Needless to say I was fairly pissed when I left. Due to this experience,Kia will be my last option when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. More
Just okay I arrived on time for my schedule appointment and this was my first time ever visiting this dealership. I parked in a customer spot next to the servic I arrived on time for my schedule appointment and this was my first time ever visiting this dealership. I parked in a customer spot next to the service entrance and went inside the main entrance to look for someone. I was told to move my car and drive inside. Had I know this was required when I made the appointment I would have never made the appointment. I do t like having to drive my car in narrow openings and was worried I was going to hit something. No one was telling me when to stop driving. It was awkward. The gentleman at the desk seemed condescending when I told him the concerns I was having with my car and as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Despite himself having no evidence of the contrary. Overall the experience was underwhelming and based on that initial impression I left feeling that I was never going to be heard or taken seriously. However the administrative lady was nice and helpful. More
