Oil change and tire rotation I was charged $25.00 to rotate tires which I thought was very high especially from the dealership I brought my car from. I have called and left a message requesting assurance that full synthetic mobile one oil was used as I requested when I made the appointment. Please confirm. Sales team great...service not so great I made an appointment for 7/26 to have the software upgrade completed that was communicated through a recall notice. I had asked for the transmission I made an appointment for 7/26 to have the software upgrade completed that was communicated through a recall notice. I had asked for the transmission to be diagnosed during the recall because it randomly shifts into neutral and redlines the rpm’s until I release the gas and goes back to the correct gear for the speed I’m traveling at. The transmission slips which is clearly a safety issue. My appointment was for 7:30 am and I dropped the car off the evening before so it would be ready for the early appt. At 4pm on 7/26 I had to call the service department to inquire the status of the vehicle. Of course the issue wasn’t able to be recreated while a technician drove the car but I specifically asked for it to be placed on diagnostics for this reason. That didn’t happen. When I brought it up on my phone call I was told by Justin the service coordinator that all I needed was a cabin filter and a new air filter. I declined the service as the car only has 25k miles on it and I planned to have my own mechanic recommend needed items at inspection in August. When I arrived at the dealership I was handed the paperwork and no where does it indicate that the car was placed on diagnostics to research the issue. It was just driven. Really? Also Justin then informed me of the potential survey request I would be receiving and handed me a sheet of paper with all of the questions on the survey and stated “ I’ve made it really easy for you. All of the correct answers are highlighted for you”. Seriously? It was very clear he thought I didn’t know how to fill out a survey, insulted my intelligence and did nothing but lead me to believe the survey was for his benefit, not mine as a customer. He took me out to the lot while I waited in 90 plus degree temperatures for him to retrieve my car. He had no idea where it was and when he did deliver it after several minutes there were huge water streaks all over the window and the body of the car from it being “washed”. I want my car diagnostically checked so I know that it is safe to continue to drive. Why is that so difficult? I had an appointment that I was told should take 2-3 hours at the most and it ended up well over 8? Lastly, I don’t need directions on how to fill out a survey. I can read. More
