Great Customer Service I made an appointment with Safford KiaI and wrote down the wrong time. So I arrived there 3 hours early. Despite that, Lee and the staff accepted my v I made an appointment with Safford KiaI and wrote down the wrong time. So I arrived there 3 hours early. Despite that, Lee and the staff accepted my vehicle right away. I decided to wait at the dealership since there is a comfortable waiting area complete with refreshments (donuts too) and wifi. Lee went over the vehicle maintenance history with me and made some recommendations that I took advantage of. The wait went by quickly and Im very please they were able to work me in. I have taken my vehicle there for service since I purchased it there in 2007 and will continue to do so. More
