When wife and I arrived at Safford Kia in Fredericksburg Virginia we were greeted by Eric Ellia the salesperson looking to help us into a new vehicle. We were trading in a 2014 Kia Optima and looking to hop Virginia we were greeted by Eric Ellia the salesperson looking to help us into a new vehicle. We were trading in a 2014 Kia Optima and looking to hopefully get a new Kia Rio. Due to negative equity left over from a refinance a few years ago we were unable to be approved for a new Kia Rio. When Eric mentioned our chances of being approved for a 2020 Kia Soul were much better we were very happy. Eric spoke with the financial manager and was able to get us approved for the Kia Soul. When we went to meet Jonathan Dennis the Financial Manager he went over everything that was involved with the loan and went out of his way to get our payment down from $781 to under $700 a month even with GAP insurance, that we get on every new or used vehicle. I have no clue how he managed it yet he was able to get it under $700 even with our borderline credit. After we were approved Eric made sure he went over everything about the new Kia Soul with wife and I. We were extremely pleased with the experience and will recommend Safford Kia to our friends looking to get a new vehicle. Both Eric and Jonathan went above and beyond our expectations to make sure we were able to leave with a new vehicle. More

I bought my Optima in 2012 and have had all of my service done at Safford KIA. 90% of the time I have dealt with the same service writer (Lee). Great Customer Service I made an appointment with Safford KiaI and wrote down the wrong time. So I arrived there 3 hours early. Despite that, Lee and the staff accepted my v I made an appointment with Safford KiaI and wrote down the wrong time. So I arrived there 3 hours early. Despite that, Lee and the staff accepted my vehicle right away. I decided to wait at the dealership since there is a comfortable waiting area complete with refreshments (donuts too) and wifi. Lee went over the vehicle maintenance history with me and made some recommendations that I took advantage of. The wait went by quickly and Im very please they were able to work me in. I have taken my vehicle there for service since I purchased it there in 2007 and will continue to do so. More
