Worst experience I ever had. giving 1 as I cannot give 0 I bought used Hyundai Santa Fe 2017 car priced as 23500$. When I was about to make a final deal, I noted down front light has a damage and the sal 0 I bought used Hyundai Santa Fe 2017 car priced as 23500$. When I was about to make a final deal, I noted down front light has a damage and the sales agent said that it would be fixed. I finalized the deal, the finance was urged me for some fancy car insurance at 9 PM in the night and total cost ended up as 28900$ and didn't even aware of it and they didn't say that total amount increased it much and it increased my EMI interest rate from 2.09% to 2.69%.. It is like a complete blind shield increases my amount and interest rate and not even aware of it. I called them next day to revert back the insurance and it will take 4-6 weeks but the bank said the loan interest rate would be the same of 2.69%,Why they didn't tell the total amount and increase in my interest rate? not sure whether will get amount back I took the car to fix light and got to know that light cannot be fixed as it would cost 2000$ and compensate with it for 3 free oil change though I said I am disappointed no one cares. so I got disappointed with both finance and sales and I am ended up loosing my amount More

The little time I spend waiting while my car is serviced is spent in a very nice lounge with TVs and free beverages, work stations with plenty of charge ports… the lounge area is fabulous! Of course, they have a free shuttle and offer to take me to the nearby mall if I like. This is a great dealership - from purchase to service they are top notch. So glad I switched from Honda to Hyundai. More

There was a conflict with the Genesis website service request info and the local Safford dealership website. The local dealership kept saying i only wanted to use a valet service!!!! My Genesis service request info and the local Safford dealership website. The local dealership kept saying i only wanted to use a valet service!!!! My Genesis services warranty required for my included 15k mile warranty service said a LOANER VEHICLE was to be included. A courtsey loaner vehicle and drop-off which was included with my G80 purchase, was never shown on the local dealership's emails and/or text notifications. It kept stating that I only requested a shuttle valet!!! The Genesis website even asked if I wanted to add anything to my appointment. I did and filled in all the missing and incorrect items for service. None of this made it to the dealetship's confirmation emails or texts. I even went by in advance to the ladies with the dealership's customer service and loaner office, in the dealership, to confirm the accurate list!! The service department still left off things off the completed list or unanswered responses! When they called and said it was done, I went over my list of items agreed items upon on my calls and my dealership visit. They apologized and said they would complete the miscommunicated items. Still did not provide any responses on the final service invoice that I was given upon the return of my vehicle. It took another quick phone call back to the servive agent to get the non-competed responses! More
