Never in NoVA again First of all let me say that Kyrilos Rezek did a fine job. The rest is what I have issue with. 1. I purchased the vehicle on 11 June, at which time First of all let me say that Kyrilos Rezek did a fine job. The rest is what I have issue with. 1. I purchased the vehicle on 11 June, at which time I was given temporary tags that expire 13 July (tomorrow). 2. I was told by the gentlemen at the front desk that I needed to register the car in NC (my home). 3. After finding out from the NC DMV, that certain paperwork was needed I called the dealership, from the NC DMV office, and spoke to the finance person. She asked me to call her on the 11th to get another temporary tag and that the dealership would process the NC tag paperwork - I've been calling or 2 days with no callback or answer. 4. I received a call from my bank, who financed the car I traded, asking why I dropped the Tuscon from the insurance policy - only to find out that made a payment on the car and will make another one on the 15th because it has yet to be paid off. If it not for the fact that the head unit on my Tuscon was giving me problems I would have NEVER conducted this transaction in Northern Virginia. I will not make this mistake again. This car purchase process is turning out to be the most complicated and time-consuming process I have ever had! And, the jury is out until the 15th to see if I actually get to have the summer off for payments. Because, if I am still paying for the Tuscon, I didn't get the summer off! I will take the morning off tomorrow to go to the dealership and see if I can get new temporary tags. God luck to me! Elantra I had a fairly good experience at Safford. It took 2 trips to finally get my car though, so patience is a factor here. Randy the salesman did a good I had a fairly good experience at Safford. Alex in the Finance Dept was knowledgeable on maintenance agreements, etc. so overall a pretty good experience. More
