Awful experience every time I deal with this dealership. They don’t answer their phones and their customer service is seriously lacking. I made an appointment to get a recall item fixed, specifically asked They don’t answer their phones and their customer service is seriously lacking. Dealership was very polite and courtesy however the process was extremely too long for one day. Salesman I had was assisting another customer before he was done with me.
