Bish took the time to explain and show me what had changed since I bought my 2014 Elantra. He was a very professional salesman and I expect to purchase another car from him in the future. Scott one of the sales managers took the time and went out of his was to make sure we found the car and financing best for the amount of miles I put on my car being an outside sales representative. Best Place to Buy A Hyundai Period! This is absolutely the best and only place to buy or lease a Hyundai. The salesperson is extremely knowledgeable and knows his product. The management is really friendly and the dealership is extremely clean and simply beautiful!! The service Associates are very knowledgeable and very Friendly and the service bay is amazingly clean and climate controlled!!! There are no games played here and the prices are really the best you can get. Everything is straight forward and everyone is very friendly!!! I have purchased many vehicles in the past from different dealerships and this is the best Dealership I have ever been to and bought from!!!! More
How Hyundai hit the mark Bishnu was awesome to work with in deciding which vehicle I wanted, the Elantra or the Sonata; as well as showing me multiple vehicles with differing Bishnu was awesome to work with in deciding which vehicle I wanted, the Elantra or the Sonata; as well as showing me multiple vehicles with differing options to choose from. It was like being a kid in a candy store. After downsizing to two (2) different vehicles he introduced me to the General Sale Manager to discuss pricing. Scott took his time to thoroughly understand my price range, what extras Hyundai offered (i.e. maintenance package, discounts, interest rates, etc), and set forth to fulfill my requests. In the end, Scott came to the table with a package better than I expected. Scott and Bishnu were very patient and professional with me during this whole experience and I would definitely recommend to my family or anyone looking for a vehicle to go see these two gentlemen at Safford Hyundai. They both made the buying experience truly pleasurable. I felt comfortable and unpressured from the time I pulled into the lot until I drove away in my new Sonata. I had intent to buy a Nissan, Kia or Chevy when I left the house. Hyundai wasn't originally in my wheelhouse but in leaving the first dealership heading to my next destination I was passing Safford and I decided to give Hyundai a look at. To make a long story short, Safford Hyundai will be the first stop for all my car buying in the future due to the professionalism, care, and kindness of Bishnu and Scott. They've earned my trust and support. More
