I was told finance would give me a call to work out details for a car I was wanting to buy. I was never called, texted Josh several times two days after initially starting this deal, and was ignored. When I was finally contacted, he proceeded to tell me I have no idea how the banks work, and continued to talk down to me even when I told him I had my side in order to go forward with the deal. Bad experience, glad I don't work for them. More

LIES LIES LIES, Deception, Deplorable Alami, the acquisitions manager and the general manager are xxxxxxxx! He offered to buy my vehicle online through KBB, then wrote me an email saying h Alami, the acquisitions manager and the general manager are xxxxxxxx! He offered to buy my vehicle online through KBB, then wrote me an email saying he'd offer MORE than the original KBB offer of $29,200. My vehicle is in PERFECT condition, minus a golf ball sized dent in the back. Trade value of my truck is $32,000....He turns around and offers me $27,000 ($5K under TRADE VALUE). He feeds me a bunch of bulls#& about how Loan value (wholesale) is the most they can offer on vehicles because that's all the bank will lend for the vehicle....LOL. And then tries to show me similar vehicles from OUTSIDE the state for sale.....Watch their tricks or better yet, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE SCAMMERS! Nothing but empty promises and deplorable staff! More

Today, I was given the opportunity to test drive and learn about everything Hyundai from David Vel, Sales Person, and Scott Lee, Sales Manager. I test drove at least 5 different vehicles, and was able to get valuable information about several different trim levels. I was very impressed with everything I drove. I have been to 5 different dealerships this week, and my experience at Safford Hyundai was EXACTLY how a customer wants to be treated during the buying process. Thank you all! More

The service experience was nothing like what was touted, in fact it was the least organize Bought a 2018 Genesis G80 sport and it had 3 minor issues. The service experience was nothing like what was touted, in fact it was the least organized and professional I have experienced in the last 10 years. Poor, almost non-existent, communications, 3 days to correct 3 small issues, and one hour to drop off the car and get away in a loaner (which had an empty gas tank, and door locks that would not work). Worse of all, I asked to speak with the General Manager to ensure he understands the state of his service department, and he will not find time for me. So service is a real mess and the GM does not seem to care about his customers. This is clearly not what I expected of a Hyundai dealer on their premium genesis line. Boy do I have a major case of buyers remorse. More
