I didn’t interact with Angel Escobar. Billy Puzon was my sales agent and Kerry Estrada did my financing. Both were outstanding!! From first interaction to delivery of my new vehicle, Bill Billy Puzon was my sales agent and Kerry Estrada did my financing. Both were outstanding!! From first interaction to delivery of my new vehicle, Billy didn’t pressure me and was always seeking to be sure I had what I need. He took the time to explain every point on the vehicle upon delivery. Kerry was very helpful in the financing stage and also made sure that I was clear on every detail. wasn’t really kept updated with my car I had to keep calling, tape residue was left on my car rather than being cleaned off. A bit of trash was left in my passenger seat, and someone also left their poc calling, tape residue was left on my car rather than being cleaned off. A bit of trash was left in my passenger seat, and someone also left their pocket knife in my car or some type of tool that had multiple things like knives and stuff. I also was told it would take awhile to get a window for my cat and they couldn’t give me an exact date and I ended up extending a car rental for two weeks just for me to call the place week later(they never called me, I always called) and they told me my car was ready.
