Our Sante Fe protected us so well we wanted to get another one. He was attentive to our needs and did not try to push us to purchase more than we were there for. William was very nice and understanding that we weren't going to finance with Hyundai, and helped us get our paperwork completed. They both treated us so well that I brought my daughter to them the following week to trade in her 2003 Honda and knew both Billy and William would take good care of her (she did finance). I have worked with Ken in the service department in the past and he is still just as helpful and nice as ever. Definitely top of the line dealership that took the stress out of car buying. More

Great Experience at Brown's Manassas Hyundai! Syed was great! He worked with me and helped me to choose a car that would fit me. I was trading in a small 2-door car for a 4-door sedan. I went in looking at a Sonata that I had seen online. I checked out a floor model sonata. The interior was nice and it fit what I was looking for but was a little over the price I was willing to spend. Also, I felt as if it were too big for me. After telling Syed what I was looking for (good fuel economy, navigation, new/lightly used) he asked if I would be open to trying out the Elantra instead. I sat in a new 2017 Elantra and loved it! It had all the tech stuff I was looking for, good fuel economy, smaller interior (which fit me better since I'm only 5') and the price was perfect! After the test drive it was a deal. Thank a for the great help Syed! My Fiancé will be back in a few years for an SUV. The only recommendation I have is to lessen wait time waiting for finance department rep. I spend at least 3 hours in the waiting area on a beautiful Saturday afternoon waiting to sign the paperwork for the car. More
