Service Sales Pushers It's costing too much to maintain what's was supposed to be a value Car. I'm going back to a HONDA. Scheduled an appointment for my '14 Santa Fe Spor It's costing too much to maintain what's was supposed to be a value Car. I'm going back to a HONDA. Scheduled an appointment for my '14 Santa Fe Sport because it was making a weird noise. The customer service representative scheduled with the service manager first thing in the morning (8am), in hopes he could drop it off then be off to work. He didn't show until after 1030a - I was livid but needed his help. Moreover, no one else offered or seemed to be able to help in his absence. When he showed, there was no apology for being late. I got a ride and was later told it'd cost about 500 bucks to fix! I bought the parts, went to a local auto repair shop, they changed the part in under an hour for less than 100 bucks. Overall, they do have nice, capable, and helpful service staff but this was an experience I've never encountered before from management. I just expect more. More

Top notch facility Brought my wife's Hyundai in for 15K service and two recalls. Joey Mollica, our service man was funny, informative, and timely with updates. The waiting room is was nice and had espresso, cappuccino, and tea! Service Manager Peter came over and chatted with us a few minutes before taking off. All in all a nice experience. Service department beats the pants off of others in the area. We WILL be back again! More
