The drove me imminently to the lot and let me test drive. As women are, they keep changing there minds constantly.... So did I. However, the Manager and our Sales rep. C.J. never lost their smile and patient with me. 100% professional. About 3 hours later I saw the Elentra GT and fall in love with it. However, the price was a bit too high for me, so C.J. got his G.M Matt to see were we can agree on. Matt was very polite and a great person to deal with as well very professional, we were very surprise, since we had with some other Huydai dealership not such a pleasant experience. Yesterday I picked up my new car, which was ready in the front for me to pick up. The finance part went smooth and I got a great car introduction/ sign up with ........ ( sorry, I forgot his name). As well very professional, kind and knows the cars very well. My next car, I would defiantly buy it here again and recommend this location to others to but their new car here at Hyundai Fairfax! I dealt with Kristen Glenn over the internet, and we came to an agreement on the lease payment and up front costs. Kristen was very responsive and was upfront about all of the upfront lease costs. When I got to the dealership, I worked with Don Barker who was great, and I would highly recommend that you ask for him if you go to buy or lease a car. He went over the car with me and got me started on the paperwork. Everything was as agreed and there were no undisclosed fees or other surprises. Ken Misra, the Business Manager, was equally friendly and efficient and didn't try to up-sell me on anything unnecessary. If I buy or lease another Hyundai I would definitely buy from Fairfax Hyundai. More
