Had my van there for insurance repairs. While the body work was good, none of the concerns about the mechanical condition of the van were addressed. After going to another location across the highway (with a missing oil cap), I was greeted rudely by a service tech who couldn't even explain what was done to diagnose anything mechanical. Furthermore, they wanted to argue about whether my van had the cover when it came. After several requests for the manager, the tech leaves and after 20 minutes showed up with my cover. He offered an excuse but no apologies as to why it was no put back into my vehicle. I don't think I will choose this place for repair again and I surely won't recommend them either. I wish that I had used my personal shop as opposed to the one my insurance company recommended. More
