I was very disappointed with the service I received at Safford Ford in Salisbury. First, I spoke to a representative about getting a rental car while my vehicle was being serviced, and she told me I could Safford Ford in Salisbury. When I brought my vehicle in a few days later, they informed me there were no rental vehicles available, leaving it up to me to figure out how to get a rental on my own since I had to get to work. I would have just canceled my appointment, but I needed them to diagnose a somewhat urgent transmission issue. So, fast forward to later in the afternoon, I call for an update on my vehicle. It was 1 pm and they still hadn’t looked at it because they said they were only addressing the recalls. I informed them that they were supposed to do a transmission diagnostic. For some reason, they wrote that I was declining any work on the transmission at the time. I thus went through all the trouble to get a rental vehicle for the day, only for them to work on my car for about an hour and to verify that there was transmission fluid leaking (which I already knew). They told me to bring it back to do a full transmission diagnostic another day. I will most likely not bring my car here again for service. More

Very pleased with my purchase. Kyle led me through the process and offered me options, but I never felt pressured into anything I didn't want. The local dealerships are marking up the 2022 For Mavericks for $5-10k+ with fewer options, while at Safford there was only a $2,500 (acceptable to me) markup and I felt like they actually cared about me making a purchase. I had been to two other local Ford dealerships and was completely turned off by the whole experience, but Safford offered a completely different and positive experience from the others. Thank you and I was happy to make the 2 hr drive home in my new truck. Safford also matched a CarMax quote for my trade-in. More

My wife and I were in a car accident which totaled our car out 1000 miles from home. I called the dealership, since it was close to where we were were staying, We were looking for a Maverick or Escape. O car out 1000 miles from home. I received a call from Jesus the next day and reiterated our vehicle search. At the time of the call no Maverick’s were available for sale so he was going to check the status of the escapes on the lot. He called me back a little later that day advising me that someone had just pulled out of a deal for a Maverick and if I was interested. We drove over and were greeted at the door by Jesus. Everything was ready to go and we were able to make our journey home in our beautiful new Ford Maverick which performed flawlessly. Awesome experience at a time of need. I made the call and Safford followed up with a professional staff like Jesus and Tara putting us in the vehicle of our choice that was greatly needed. Great job! Thank you! More
