Fast courteous an complete service experience. Josh Maxfield will be our family's "go to guy" for our vehicle service. When we bought our last 2 vehicles Josh was in sales and we bought both of our Josh Maxfield will be our family's "go to guy" for our vehicle service. When we bought our last 2 vehicles Josh was in sales and we bought both of our vehicles utilizing Josh as our salesperson. Our intent was to buy again utilizing Josh when we were ready for another vehicle. Now that Josh is in service we'll utilize Josh as he was as good for us in service as he was in sales. I didn't end up buying here, but Marquise was awesome I was looking for a specific car at a pretty low price point (and I had to go slightly used to get it), so they just didn't have a car that was a fit. We were told nothing would changed when Safford bought this dealership. I will NEVER EVER EVER be back to Safford Ford for service or to purchase a car. My car was in for this service yesterday and I was charged labor, i was charged a 1/2 an hour labor to install wiper blades and for a 2 hour total service my entire labor charges were $389.00. Lawyers bill at this hourly rate and guess what Auto Zone puts wiper blades on for free! I am a sucker, don't be fooled save yourselves!!! More
