We were told nothing would changed when Safford bought this dealership. I will NEVER EVER EVER be back to Safford Ford for service or to purchase a car. My car was in for this service yesterday and I was charged labor, i was charged a 1/2 an hour labor to install wiper blades and for a 2 hour total service my entire labor charges were $389.00. Lawyers bill at this hourly rate and guess what Auto Zone puts wiper blades on for free! I am a sucker, don't be fooled save yourselves!!! More
