SERVICE SUCKS! AVOID! I was getting an oil change and was waiting while it was done. They pulled my car in and used deceptive techniques to make it appear I needed an Alignment! Tapping the breaks and a quick jerk at the same time make it appear that you need an alignment on the scales in the floor. It took 2 1/2 hrs to do an oil change after I refused the alignment. Claimed my splash guard was damaged and they could replace it for $250, but it would be the next day. I told them put it in my trunk. The splash guard isn't destroyed at all! The tech never put the bolts back in that held up the metal where the splash guard goes. I pulled out of the parking lot and heard metal scrapping under my car. i called the service dept 5 times before I got to speak to someone. Jerry finally said he was sending the tech down to temp fix my car to get it back to the shop. The tech arrived with an attitude stating he put the bolts in and they fell out! Sure they did NOT!!!! The tech installed the bolts in the parking lot down the street with an attitude. I will NEVER use their service dept again! Totally unprofessional! More

Very disappointed that 3 weeks past buying my new-to-me used car and Safford taking my trade, the traded in car loan remains unpaid. Payoff was calculated for 10 days, we're waaay past that.
