If there was a 0 rating I would give them that. I brought my 2014 Ford Focus to the Salisbury Safford dealership this morning. Told them I needed a windshield washer pump. Low and behold they charg brought my 2014 Ford Focus to the Salisbury Safford dealership this morning. Told them I needed a windshield washer pump. Low and behold they charged me 155 dollars to tell me the same. Total bill if I had let them install would be $437.26. Thanks Josh for listening to me in the first place. I had to pay the $155.00 this morning for diagnostic test. What a rip off. Never will I be back to Safford. Sad that people are taken advantage of for a $71.00 part. Awful!! Ford will hear about this!! More

I was misled by service advisor Leah Gilmore. Service knew air filter only, would fix problem. They instead ran all sorts of unnecessary diagnostics. Not once informing me of any, ongoing unnessasary knew air filter only, would fix problem. They instead ran all sorts of unnecessary diagnostics. Not once informing me of any, ongoing unnessasary test, or monetary charges. Ended up charging me $ 158.70 for no work performed. I called to complain, spoke with Ken Becker, who justified these unnessasary charges, without explaining by which metric they were justified charges (stonewalled). I have been a customer with that location for 24 years, with different ownership over the years I had just spent near $2000.00 recently, and this is how they treat well paying customer's? More
