We apologize for the confusion, when the vehicle came in it was understood that we were to check over the vehicle for why the washer jets were inoperative. We checked the fuses and checked for power and ground to the pump which was confirmed. If we were instructed that you only wanted a pump installed we would just have given you an estimate for replacement at no charge with the understanding if that did not correct the vehicle we couldn't be held responsible for replacement. I did not realize I had to spell out everything for each employee! Maybe you should post a sign that says a customer has to spell out every single issue in detail. I told two of your employees plus it is specified on my invoice. Highway robbery! I will touch base with more than just the Service Manager. It is certainly a shame your dealership has no communication!
