Service Dept is incompetent. We told them what the problem was but they thought they knew better. Their idea of what the problem was, cost me $2200.00 only to find the issue was what we had told them problem was but they thought they knew better. In the end, we paid $3300.00 for what should have actually cost us $1100.00. Not good customer service! More

When my vehicle got hit by a car in the parking lot at the mall I was worried since I was not from this area & didn’t know body shops around or anything so I let Allstate make a few suggestions. They were very professional. The service was faster than I expected (air bag replacement due to recall). They went above and beyond when they reset the tire pressure sensor.
