Bought the new Fiat Lounge site unseen. Bev called me on a Friday afternoon, and bought the car Saturday AM. Leo turned me over to Beverley, who was very knowledgeable about the Fiat cars, and pointed out several standard features, that would impress my fiancee. Though I wanted to skip the test drive, she gave me good advice to take one to understand how solid and comfortable this little car was. I love this car, it is perfect for my gal Jeanne. I will buy this car in the Spring at the latest, if I can close out some health issues quickly, I may move the date up, to afford her more comfort in the freezing weather, more importantly make her safer in the walk to and from the bus stations to work. This was by far the best dealership experience we have had in the Fredericksburg area. Harmonie and Marsha were wonderful and went to great lengths to find the vehicle that we wanted. We certainly enjoyed the atmosphere, service and attention received at the Fiat Studio. Harmonie was knowledgeable and very helpful. All our questions were answered and we had all the info we felt attention received at the Fiat Studio. Harmonie was knowledgeable and very helpful. All our questions were answered and we had all the info we felt we needed to make the purchase comfortably. The downside was that after the main sale, the experience at the main Jeep/Chrysler dealership was not as good. We felt like we were forgotten there for the most part and it took some time to get something done. Once we did get to finance, it went quickly and and our financial officer was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Maybe it was just coordination between the 2 entities, but while walking around or just standing in the main dealership, I was not approached or asked if I could be helped. In fact, Harmonie came over from the Fiat building and got us taken care of which we were very appreciative of. The only other comment was that I think the prep of the car could have been a little better, the steering wheel and dash were still a little dirty. Nothing major, and I could tell they were done, but not with a high degree of detail. The main dealship was not so much bad as it could have been better in order to extend the great experience from the Fiat Studio. All in all however, I really enjoyed the Fiat experience, the picture of me in the car, signing the wall, the whole low pressure and friendly atmosphere of the Fiat Studio, etc. I hope the return of the Fiat brand goes well and we are very happy with out cute and capable 500. I am happy that Safford has made the fiat brand available to us in this area. More

Okay--here's the thing--at the Fiat dealership, everything was great. Harmonie, our salesperson, was very knowledgeable and friendly. She knew all about the different Fiat 500 models and helped us pick the one that would be perfect for us. Then, she explained succinctly what options were available. The other salespeople working in that building were also friendly and helpful. Harmonie then finished up the paperwork and took us next door to the Safford Chrysler dealership where we sat for a half an hour in a comfortable lounge area--but really, the people over there forgot about us. We finally went to check, and that's how we managed to see the manager to get the rest of the papers signed. These problems will probably be taken care of when the Fiat dealership moves into its own building. If not for our experience at the end, we would have given everything about buying a Fiat at Safford all "greats." More
