I had a great experience purchasing my FIAT Abarth from I had a great experience purchasing my FIAT Abarth from Safford FIAT of Fredericksburg. When I first called, I knew I wanted an Abarth, but the I had a great experience purchasing my FIAT Abarth from Safford FIAT of Fredericksburg. When I first called, I knew I wanted an Abarth, but there were a couple of problems: 1) I didn't know how to drive a car with a stick shift(manual transmission); 2) There were no Abarths on inventory at the FIAT dealerships around my residence and I didn't have a car to drive to far away dealerships. To my surprise Dario from Fiat of Fredericksburg (71 miles away) called answering my inquiry on FIAT Abarth. I explained my 2 issues and why I couldn't make it to his dealership. He said "That is no problem." He drove 71 miles and picked me up at my residence in an automatic transmission FIAT Pop. I drove to the dealership, experiencing the fun that a FIAT is, and when we got there, he didn't just show me the car, HE TAUGHT ME HOW TO DRIVE STICK SHIFT. Altogether, I spent about 8 hours with Dario that day. He picked me up, he even bought my cup of coffee when I said I wanted to stop at the coffee shop, he showed me how to drive stick shift and also had me drive some of the other cars just to make sure that I ended with the one that I was comfortable on and was the right fit for me. There was one detail I didn't like on the Abarth, but right away Dario went to speak to the manager and came back saying "No problem" and they made a custom order for my car. The price was ok. I mean, an Abarth is not cheap when you add a few options to it, but I love my leather seats, my Tom Tom GPS, the satellite radio, side stripes, etc. When I did the financing they were able to get me the terms I wanted. Now, it was submitted to a few banks and now those will be reflected on my credit report as hard inquiries for the next year, but I did get a better percentage rate than I did with my bank and even credit union. So, not all was heaven, but the financing help was excellent. Only thing is, if your car comes with a GPS, don't leave until you have it right there or you might have to wait a few weeks for the order to come through. Anyways, overall service and experience was excellent and a lot of fun. Dario spent a lot of time with me, making sure I knew what each car had to offer and that the Abarth was the perfect fit for me. I'm glad I bought my car at Safford FIAT of Fredericksburg. More

We bought our Fiat in July of this year. I knew that a Fiat was the car for me, but Dario made my first car-buying experience very easy-going and quick. He was very friendly and knew the product inside and out. He even helped me to name my Fiat, (Francesca). I was initially a little intimidated as it was my first time purchasing a car, but Dario and all of the people we met at Fiat of Fredericksburg were wonderful. They helped me through the process and answered any and all questions we had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a Fiat! More

Dario was absolutely charming, personable, very responsive to what we were looking for and knowledgeable on the Fiat. I cannot say enough about our experience with Dario. He showed genuine interest in us as clients but also people, as well as our family. Dario stayed in touch with us as we made our decision, he was patient and had great suggestions. He knows the inventory well. As the time came to chose the perfect model and crunch the numbers, he showed an unequivocal can-do attitude, regardless of the credit numbers and other nay-sayers. If it was not for this attitude of his in getting the best deal and making it work for his clients no matter what, I would not now the proud owner of the awesome 500c Lounge I now have. Thanks Dario! My family recently bought a Fiat 500 Sport in Nero from Safford Fiat of Fredericksburg and every thing was outstanding. Dario helped us out and he was outstanding. I definitely recommend him 100%! We h Safford Fiat of Fredericksburg and every thing was outstanding. Dario helped us out and he was outstanding. I definitely recommend him 100%! We had gone to the dealership with the intentions of trading in our Land Rover for a Fiat and everything ended up working out smoothly. After we traded in the car, it turned out that the key for the Fiat had not yet been programmed, so we had no new car or old car. Luckily, we were given the chance to drive home in the dealership car and in a way "advertise" for them. We drove that car until Monday morning when we went to go pick up our car. We ended up waiting a couple of minutes when we got there that morning but that was no big deal. All in all, we ended up driving the most awesome car ever off of the lot that day. Yay! Thanks Dario!! More

I went on the website during the week to see how much I would get on a trade-in for my SUV. Within a few minutes I was contacted by a customer service person, Crystal. I explained I was still exploring a new car. We agreed she could call me back on Thursday. She called me as planned and I told her I still wasn't sure I was coming down on the weekend. She asked me to give her a call if I do plan to come so that a sale representative would be ready to help me. I was worried that I would be bothered and pressured. I called her on Friday and told her that we would be stopping by around 4:00 pm. When I pulled up, I saw Dario wanting for us. He was smiling and happy to meet us. Instantly, no pressure. I knew what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend and wanted to trade in my SUV. He was happy and very informative to show me all the the wonders of the Fiat. (Truly not a hard sale because the car is so wonderful). We test drove one car and and I knew I was set on the Sport--for the style and the price range. We finally found a car PERFECT on the lot and I love it. I drove it home by 8:30 pm. I came back the next day to hand over my SUV. NO Regrets! I so highly recommend Dario and the entire team at Fredericksburg Fiat. What a great and fun experience -- again, just like driving the Fiat 500. Thank you so much! Hands down the BEST experience with buying a new car. Carlos was completely over the top as a salesman. He was professional, personable, and attentive. He immediately focused on my wife and kids to ensure that they were comfortable and taken care of while he and I completed all the necessary paperwork. The whole experience took less than three hours and I was able to leave with real tags and a beautiful new car! I would absolutely recommend Safford Fiat and Carlos! Additionally, I had the opportunity to visit the showroom again while getting my van serviced and I met Marsha for the first time and thanked Carlos again for the great car. My experience with Marsha discussing accessories for my new Fiat was just as excellent as my experience buying with Carlos. I just bought my first FIAT. I love it it so much. When I went to pick it up Dario helped me with all the final details. He is extremely helpful and makes the experience easy and painless.
