Very disappointed it took 3 hours for oil change and state inspection. And in the past they automatically did inspection and I never had to pay for it. state inspection. And in the past they automatically did inspection and I never had to pay for it. More

I have a new lease. Within a couple of months of the lease starting, the paint started wearing off of the hood of the Jeep Gladiator. I told my salesperson. I was told to see the service manager. I went lease starting, the paint started wearing off of the hood of the Jeep Gladiator. I told my salesperson. I was told to see the service manager. I went to see the service manager, who after left their employ and had never sent in my query to Chrysler. So when I called to follow up, I talked to the new manager, and when I went to see him last week, he basically said they couldn’t do anything about it and he wasn’t going to send it into Chrysler. Overall, the dealership is very flat in its customer service. And almost no employe wears masks to protect themselves, each other, or their valuable customers - or any of those they then come in contact with. There’s so much more they could do. When you’re in, you’re almost practically ignored. You’re definitely not embraced as a valuable customer, and nobody has stepped forward to help me with the paint problem. Additionally, a simple oil change took almost 2 hours. I highly recommend seeking out a different dealership, if you’re looking for customer service that takes good care of your leased vehicle, and shows care and appreciation for you. One would think that the dealership would care about the vehicle that they really own. And about referrals to their dealership and repeat customer purchases. Apparently, they don’t much - if at all. This is the second time I’ve visited Safford for service on my Jeep. Both visits have been great. The work was done professionally & timely. They didn’t go looking for things to fix that weren’t required. T on my Jeep. Both visits have been great. The work was done professionally & timely. They didn’t go looking for things to fix that weren’t required. The service attendant got the work completed quicker then anticipated & the final bill was a nice surprise. I got my Jeep from a different dealership but when it’s time to replace it I’m going to Safford More
