I first looked at a used Jeep at a Buick dealership in Front Royal. The salesman talked down to me and made comments about how Jeep Libertys arent like a real Jeep, just the "girl version". I test drove the car, was told that they could get me a 10 or 11 percent finance, and then was never called back again. I had a very bad experience with them. I was then down-hearted thinking I would not be able to get another Jeep. Then, my father drove by Safford Chrysler Jeep Dodge in Warrenton and told me about two Jeep Liberty's that he saw at their location. I was only looking to get another Jeep Liberty, as my trade in car was a 2005 Jeep Liberty that I loved. I went online just as I did the Buick dealer, and I filled out an online credit application. Within an hour or two, I received an email stating that they received my application and someone would contact me soon. My entire experience with Safford of Warrenton was excellent from start to finish!! Stacie Wakefield was an excellent sales rep, as was Barry Haddan, the business manager that drew up my papers and was very detailed when explaining my extra options available to me. Mike Smith went out of his way as the used sales manager to find a bank who would work me a decent finance deal. Mike worked for days to find me just the right finance for me in my situation!! He and Stacie definately went above and beyond their job duties!! I will be sure to tell all of my friends, co-workers, and acquaintances about this dealership!!!! They made me feel like they understood my situation and needs just as a family member would. They are extremely nice to work with!!!!!!! More

They laid out choices and estimated costs for each vehicle. After a few visits and a few test drives, I decided to take a few days to decide if this was the right choice. I received emails during my thought period, but none were pushing a sale or trying to force a deal. They were honest emails about costs and to praise the many features of their dealership. Belinda allowed for multiple test drives without trying to force a deal after the first one(as most dealerships do). They even worked with my trade in and gave me a fair deal. All together, this dealership is not your typical dealership. They not pushy salesmen and women who only want to make a sale. They provide upfront service records and carfax reports prior to even discussing prices. Amazing experience overall. More

After taking some time to decide color and other options I returned with the intention of ordering the car exactly how I wanted it. It was a surprise to us all that ordering the model I wanted was not an option at this time. Feeling a little discouraged David really put in the time to search the area for a car that I liked. They indeed found a car that met my desires almost perfectly. Being my first new car I had a ton of questions and never did one go unanswered. The entire team at Stafford of Warrenton really put in the extra time and effort especially David to ensure I was well informed and got the car I wanted. The car I wanted was delivered to another dealer and they arranged to have it picked up the day after it was delivered to the VA beach dealer and I had the car as soon as it was back to Safford. There was never I high pressure uncomfortable sales environment, it was simply a pleasure to buy a car here especially since they did everything not only to get me the car I wanted but also did everything to get it to me at the best possible price. We went to Safford to test drive a Jeep. My husband had owned a couple and wanted me to give one a try. The new Jeeps are nothing like his old one. I was so impressed with Stacies knowledge of the vehicles...for once my husband had someone that could talk his language. We were both impressed. Loved it that she listened to us and wasn't rude and pushy like a lot of sales people. I love my Jeep. I would and have recommended Stacie and your dealership to friends. Even had great customer service when I went in for my first oil change and tire rotation. Keep up the good work. Life is good! More

I had been looking for a Dodge Challenger for some time, and really could not find what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. While looking through the internet I came across Safford Chrysler's and really could not find what I was looking for at a price I was willing to pay. While looking through the internet I came across Safford Chrysler's web site, and sure enough they had both. I made arrangement's to meet with them and the rest is history. However, after working with Stacie Wakefield we felt completely at ease and had a great customer service experience. At the end of the day, my wife purchased a Jeep Wrangler (Oscar Mike edition) and I placed an order for a custom built Jeep Wrangler. During the ordering process, Brendan Gallehr was also very helpful and willing to go over each option. In the end, Jeff Surratt was lightening fast in processing the financial part of the sale. I recently had the opportunity to buy a fun car (not one for commuting or family obligations). When I started I did not know what I wanted other than an American muscle car. I knew I wanted one of the thr for commuting or family obligations). When I started I did not know what I wanted other than an American muscle car. I knew I wanted one of the three American classic muscle cars but not which one. I visited several dealerships and Safford of Warrenton was the only one to try friendly customer service based about what I was saying and wanting, and not just trying the hard aggressive sales push. When I arrived at Stafford of Warrenton I was greeted by sales person Belinda Demelis. She showed me the available challengers on the lot and we took a test drive in the model I wanted, just wasn’t the right color and packages. When Belinda heard that I was trying to get a feel for the car to compare against other similar cars she modified the test drive route to better accommodate me. After the extended test drive I received lots of material on the vehicle and dealership and was on my way. No “buy this right now or the price will go up” pressure. I was then allowed time to think about my future car, what I would like it to have, and what a reasonable price would be. After test driving all the cars I was interested in my decision was to get a Dodge Challenger R/T Plus. During the time I was considering every detail of what I wanted, Safford of Warrenton transferred in a vehicle that was extremely similar to what I wanted (might have just been a coincidence). I noticed on the website and asked Belinda to setup a test drive for this vehicle. Belinda had the shop rush to have the car ready in a couple of hours (cleaned, safety inspection, etc) so I could test drive it right away. After the test drive I was given a very fair price for the vehicle and I requested the evening to think about it and was on my way without the pressure sales push. I returned the next day and let Belinda know that I had decided against buying the car. Belinda simply asked if she could help me find the car I did want without pushing the car I had rejected. She searched everywhere for the car I wanted but because I was so specific and wanted the vehicle to have several new packages it needed to be ordered. Belinda worked with Brandon Gallehr (sales manager) and me to build the order exactly as I wanted explaining the options and requirements for the packages to coexist on a single car. After the car was built I was presented with the MSRP and all possible incentives. After a short period of time we settled on a very fair price. I had come into the dealership with reasonable expectations on price based on my research and Safford of Warrenton quickly worked out a deal with me. I am now waiting for the car to be built so the deal can be finalized. I will provide an update once the deal is finalized and the ink dry (even thought the tough part is done, and it was not so tough) More
