I came into this Dealership on an email I received aboout trading in my Chrysler Pacifica. I didn't think I was going to walk out with a new Dodge Journey, but I am! Overall the experience was great. I called David to schedule an appointment and he was very friendly over the phone. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, David was quick to meet us and show us around the Grand Cheerokee we were inte friendly over the phone. Once my wife and I arrived at the dealership, David was quick to meet us and show us around the Grand Cheerokee we were interested in purchasing. He did a very thorough job and I am sure I would not have been able to figure out some of the vehicle's abilities without his help. After buying the Jeep, David called a couple days later to make sure everything was satisfactory and that I had no questions/concerns about the Jeep. Overall, I think David did a great job and I would recommend Safford of Warrenton as a place to check out if you are looking for a new vehicle. More

The guys at Safford of Warrenton did a great job getting me the car I wanted. Eve was right there to help me as soon as I stepped out of my car to later that night when she went to dinner with me and my fam me the car I wanted. They were very professional and friendly and made my first car purchase as enjoyable as possible, they even stayed an hour after the dealership had closed just to make sure I went home with my new car that night. I would recommend Safford of Warrenton to anyone I know who's looking for a new vehicle. Awesome job guys! More

They say they offer the best possible deal. But you best not go to another dealership, you will get a better price and Safford of Warrenton wont release their car if they don,t get the deal! Seems to me the not go to another dealership, you will get a better price and Safford of Warrenton wont release their car if they don,t get the deal! Seems to me they have an ego issue and their crap don't stink mentality. STAY CLEAR WARNING WARNING WARNING!!!! More

My husband knew exactly what he wanted in his Heavy Duty Ram. This dealership provided information he didn't know after two months of extensive research. Ray Wood is a certified diesel/transmission technici Ram. This dealership provided information he didn't know after two months of extensive research. Ray Wood is a certified diesel/transmission technician and after five minutes we knew we were in the right spot. Ray along with salesman David Rawlings gave us the best customer service. Not only got the best truck they were willing to work with us on the price. They knew exactly what was important to us. In the end, a drive to just look at trucks turned into buying a truck. The service is superb! My husband is going to have his new Ram serviced over an hour away because of knowledge of the staff and professionalism of this dealership which installs confidence in the service we will receive. Even though there is a dealership three miles away that didn't come close to the impeccable knowledge and service that we received. My husband has owned a Dodge diesel his entire life and he was impressed by the knowledge of the staff at this dealership. Thanks to Ray, David and the entire staff at Warrenton. More

I have called or visited several times for parts or quotes on parts. I have dealt with Curtis several times and each time I have been talked down to as if because I am a woman I don't know anything abo quotes on parts. I have dealt with Curtis several times and each time I have been talked down to as if because I am a woman I don't know anything about cars or parts, I have also been talked over especially on the phone. Most recently I called to get an estimated price quote for an insurance claim, I had the part number of the item that I was looking for, and Curtis wouldn't stop asking for my VIN and talking over me as I attempted to explain that I didn't currently have that available but if he could look up the cost of that particular number and the cost of the programming. I think it is extremely poor customer service to continue to talk over someone or interrupt someone over and over on the phone. I wish I could say that this was a one time experience but unfortunately it was not. I have had to have a key made for a vehicle that we lost the keys for and was treated poorly then in person, I have also come to pick up parts that were ordered and paid for previously and had to wait for 5-10 minutes while Curtis continued to catch up with a buddy on the phone, he made no attempt to cut the call short. Great experience! My family and I go up there to get our car work done and the people who work there are just so great in the service department, and now that we've dealt with the people in the sales we are car work done and the people who work there are just so great in the service department, and now that we've dealt with the people in the sales we are so happy!
