Overall experience was very good. Very freindly and outgoing sales staff. No high-pressure sales tactics. Although there was a problem with some warranty work not being done during the visit due to dealers time and scheduling issues, the General Manager took resposibility for that problem and dealt with it quic being done during the visit due to dealers time and scheduling issues, the General Manager took resposibility for that problem and dealt with it quickly and fairly when he was made aware of it. My experience with Safford Dodge in warrenton was by far the best at any dealership I had visited. They were very accomodating and listened to what I wanted. When they didn't have what I wanted on the lot they went above and beyond to find the car I was looking for and within a price range I could afford. I have nothing but positive and raving reviews for anything I've had done there. I couldn't have been treated any better. Thanks to David and Mike for making this experience such a postive one. I am very happy with my Dodge Journey and will continue to come to this dealership for future service calls, etc. More

When I arrived at the dealership to look at Jeeps, an older man just waved to the back of the lot, saying-- we moved the cars because we are renovating. He did not offer to help us. I do want to say that I am also an older person too. We drove around to the back to search and here came Eve-- who was on another mission. She immediately stopped to help us and went to get keys to access the cars. She explained all of the features and was so enthusiastic about the product. We went home and then returned four days later to pay for the car. We love it and Eve has been wonderful in follow up questions. I will say that this dealership needs to take into account the changing demographics of this area. The person I had to see about warranties referred to employees in the "back" as girls. Very offensive to me. The dealership needs to employ a more diverse population to draw in more diverse buyers. If we had not run into Eve, I would have driven to Maryland to buy the same car. Eve did her homework and set us up for the return to purchase the car, which involved her requesting the documents we faxed to her. It went very smoothly. She is a gem. More

I was looking to buy a Dodge Ram 1500 with a V6 for it's higher fuel mileage rating. I had been to a couple of Dodge dealerships - one seemed okay and the other actually tried the old 'we sold the one it's higher fuel mileage rating. I had been to a couple of Dodge dealerships - one seemed okay and the other actually tried the old 'we sold the one you were looking at two days ago' routine. In other words, they didn't have it when they told me they did. Upon walking into Safford, I was greeted by Eve. No pushy salesperson here. After letting her know what I wanted, she let me know that there was only one 4-door 1500 with a V6 on the lot. After crunching numbers, we determined that the one in stock cost a bit more than I had budgeted. Eve worked with me to find another truck that would fit my needs. We found one at another Safford location. I didn't buy the first day because I wanted to do some pricing research. After doing the research, Eve and the dealership worked with me so that I could get a better deal. After all the paperwork was signed, Steve Guth (sales manager) noticed that I had Realtor license plates on my car, and took the time to rewrite the paperwork to get me another $500 discount! The only bad thing - the truck wasn't the exact color that I was looking for, but everything else was just fine. More
