VERY dishonest. Verbally agreed to purchase a particular warranty and to a certain interest rate. My son went to sign paperwork, while being instructed to sign on an Verbally agreed to purchase a particular warranty and to a certain interest rate. My son went to sign paperwork, while being instructed to sign on an electronic keypad, he couldn't see what he was signing, wasn't offered to see the paperwork or the computer screen, and when he asked about terms, he was simply told repeatedly "it's on the USB". He signed assuming they were being honest, but upon review of the USB (no paperwork provided at the time of sale anymore by this dealer) the interest rate is half a point higher, and the warranty was a much more expensive one than the one requested. When I called to speak with them, the finance manager never returned my call and the sales manager I was able to get on the phone was rude and just repeated the "it's on the USB" and "well, your son signed the papers". There are so may places to go to do business - do yourself a favor and do not go here. More

Service Advisor staff extremely friendly (even though short staffed due to holiday weekend). Slightly frustrating it took a long time for LOF, rotate & check-out for noise but understand things happen. N short staffed due to holiday weekend). Took my 2019 Jeep in for an oil change and state inspection today. Was told that in order to pass the safety inspection i would have to buy 2 windshield wipers at $30 (per handwritten note from Serv inspection today. Was told that in order to pass the safety inspection i would have to buy 2 windshield wipers at $30 (per handwritten note from Service Tech). When i questioned this, i was told that the wipers were "fringed"... used them this morning on the way to work without any fringing... must have gotten fringed on the way from work to the dealership. Please note, my wipers were about 6 months old. Grudgingly agreed, just to see that the actual charge was $35/wiper. Total cost for oil change, free state inspection and unnecessary wipers with taxes and labor and the kitchen sink $136.66 (mind you i had a $10 off coupon.) Lesson learned today... don't question, don't complain, just take your car somewhere else. Thanks guys... i almost forgot how it goes when a woman get's any work on her car done. Cheers! More
Okay, took my vehicle in for warranty service only to have them tell me they need to order the parts. I made the appointment a month out so they could get the parts. This was their recommendation! After have them tell me they need to order the parts. I made the appointment a month out so they could get the parts. This was their recommendation! After picking up my vehicle and being told one of the warranty parts was completed, they wanted to schedule another appointment. I advised them to call me when they had the part amd THEN we will schedule it. Forward three weeks and I get a call asking if I had my vehicle serviced there. I replied yes. They stated they have parts in for my vehicle (one of which was already supposed to have been installed) and that was all. They were just checking. No offer to make an appointment or any follow up. Caller hung up. Very poor service program More
I was always very pleased with my service here until today. I have a 2013 RAM Limited 3500. I do not drive it much (35000 miles total only) but every year I take it in for oil change, state inspection a today. I have a 2013 RAM Limited 3500. I do not drive it much (35000 miles total only) but every year I take it in for oil change, state inspection and general maintenance. This time I had a detail as well. Dropped it off Sunday evening and picked up this morning. First they found condensation in the left headlight and wanted to charge me $1200 to repair it to pass inspection. I do not mind paying for service but I found the same OEM part being sold by Mopar for $581… WOW. I got their early before they opened to pick up the vehicle ( needed a ride and that was the time I had to be dropped off) 6:30 am. Saw my vehicle outside… in the rain and unlocked! In other words all my the stuff and the vehicle not secured over night! You would have thought they would have kept it inside over night, at least protecting from the rain since it was detailed…. Preserving that just cleaned look for the customer… NOPE! The new windshield wiper blades that I was told I had to have did not push the water off on the drivers side. The detail was done poorly that cost $229. What was worse was the attitude of the service manager and staff. He had an excuse for everything… it was the fault of the detail crew! It came back to service after everyone had left… etc. took no blame or responsibility for the department he runs! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT… SOMETHING OR MANAGEMENT HAS POSSIBLY CHANGED !
