It was completed quickly and there was no mess like other oil change places that leave smudges & oil prints on your door handles, steering wheel & hood; not good on a white jeep! And they didn't try to up-sale me on any other services. More

The sales person, Kent, is/was very knowledgeable and knows how to well treat a customer. His management. Jeff, is even better. I cannot say enough positive comments about the people and company. They always do their level best to make sure the customer is treated with respect and dignity. They do NOT try to sell you, the customer! Thank you Safford of Warrenton!! More
No sale without the $3400 extended maintenance contract! In late December 2017 I arranged to purchase a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid at Safford Chrysler, Warrenton. The sales manager, Brendan Gallehr, and In late December 2017 I arranged to purchase a 2018 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid at Safford Chrysler, Warrenton. The sales manager, Brendan Gallehr, and I agreed to a firm 'out the door' price in writing. I had arranged financing with Navy Federal Credit Union, and I had a bank draft on which to present as payment. I drove to the dealership late afternoon December 27, 2017 to finalize the agreement. The salesman RJ rode with me on the test drive. I was all set to purchase the car! RJ introduced me to April, the Finance Manager. I explained to April that I had financing, had the price, just needed to process the paperwork. April said, "I can do much better than Navy Federal on your financing." I replied, " I am happy with Navy Federal's terms. I have the check. I just want to process the sale so I can go home. I don't want to apply for any other financing.' Then April began to tell me that I needed a maintenance contract. I told her that I did not want a maintenance contract. April said, "These Pacificas have very complex electronic systems. Chrysler designs them to fail as soon as the manufacturer's warranty expires. The electronic systems cost thousands of dollars to replace! In three years, if you don't purchase the maintenance contract, you will be driving a piece of expensive junk that doesn't work!" April refused to sell me the car unless I agreed to the maintenance contract! I walked out and did not buy the vehicle. Yesterday I received a letter that states that Safford of Warrenton denied my credit application- I did NOT apply for credit through Safford Chrysler of Warrenton! I told April, the Finance Manager, in no uncertain terms that I was NOT applying for credit through their dealership! The unauthorized application for credit violates federal law as a felony. Safford Chrysler of Warrenton has committed a felony. I did NOT authorize Safford of Warrenton to apply for credit in my name. April the Finance Manager applied for credit in my name without my permission. She committed a federal felony. Now that a Chrysler agent, April, has admitted that Chrysler vehicles are designed to fail immediately after the manufacturer's warranty expires, I will never purchase a Chrysler vehicle. More

Worst Decision I've Made in my Car Buying Experience Single worst decision I have made in my car buying experience was to attempt to give this dealership my business. After buying a 2014 ECO diesel Ram, the check engine light came on before I could get home (granted I live 40 minutes away). I took it back and they said that they needed more time to diagnose it, but it was safe to drive. The next day, it overheated, went into limp mode, and I was limited to between 10-45 miles per hour depending on the temperature of the truck. It was very dangerous to drive it in this condition on an interstate. I was told to bring it back in. It took 2.5 hours and the truck was 260 degrees the entire time. I'm a mechanic and there is no convincing me that replacing a thermostat and an o2 sensor fixed the vehicle. They tried to force me to take it back or pay fees to get my trade in vehicle back. I know there was internal damage done, anything driven that long, that hot, is going to be hurt. I refused to keep the truck and they acted as if they were doing me a huge favor letting me out of the truck. They stated several times throughout this process, that they "never had to let me out of that truck." Instead, I found another vehicle that I wanted on their lot. It was a nice 2015 F350 diesel. The first time, I came in I messed up the credit application (but I fixed it and notified them that it was incorrect). They used the known messed up credit application to get me in the new vehicle. Then a week into owning the truck I was told the deal fell through because of incorrect documentation! I told them this information was incorrect two weeks before, so it wasn't my fault it was used on the second deal. I was offered to trade in another one of my vehicles and put down money to stay in the truck. They still had my car at this time. I at the time agreed over the phone and told them I would come in to look over and sign the documents. I decided the next morning that it wasn't going to be feasible, so I called to tell them. They stated that they had already sold my car. I had not signed the new deal yet. You cannot illegally sell my car, and then force me to stay in a bad deal without signed documents. I was offered trade in value for my vehicle, which I was not willing to take. They then said that I was going to have to pay for maintenance they performed on the vehicle. I finally after fighting with them for almost a month am supposed to pick up my vehicle tomorrow morning. I'm glad to be done, however, I checked my credit report today. I went in pre approved. They said I HAD to let them pull my credit to be allowed to buy a vehicle. I signed and allowed it, not knowing that I was going to have 17 hard inquiries throughout this process. So now the bad decision of walking into this dealership will follow me for the next two years on my credit report, unless I take the time to dispute each inquiry on each report. AVOID this dealership, listen to the negative reviews. Jeff and his team seem like great people until you start having issues. More
Plays games, lies Dont be fooled by these folks. Do not confuse dealer discount with factory incentives. You get the same factory incentives at any Chrysler dealer it's Dont be fooled by these folks. Do not confuse dealer discount with factory incentives. You get the same factory incentives at any Chrysler dealer it's all about dealer discount. This dealer offers a dealer discount then just about and wipes the discount out with dealer fees. Like backing out the destination charge. They will offer 2000 off but then tell you that new price does not include freight. Then they will charge you a large processing fee, perhaps an advertising fee, a delivery fee, a set up fee. It all depends on the discount offered. So, what they are doing is trying to trick you. Lure you in by msking you think you have a great deal then pile on fees. You can buy a vihicle anyware at MSRP and get the same factory incentives anywhere. Call ahead, email ahead get it in wrighting because that advertised dealer discount is not what your actually getting. This dealership plays dirty... More
Rude cashier 😝 I had service done on my Safford purchased Jeep today and when I went to the cashier when the service was done. I looked at the invoice and asked a wh I had service done on my Safford purchased Jeep today and when I went to the cashier when the service was done. I looked at the invoice and asked a whether all synthetic oil had been used as the invoice indicated differently. The cashier belligerently told me they only use synthetic oil. I asked her to check because from past service at Safford I knew that not to be the case. She abruptly turned walked into the adjacent room with the glass windows and I heard her say,'some guy out there says all our oil is not synthetic, you explain it to him!' Shortly after that the service rep came in and politely and professionally cleared everything up. Your service reps are great to work with but going to settle the bill is not a pleasant experience, and I am not referring to the prices or cost. More
