I called Safford where I also purchased the truck and they were able to fit me in that morning ( I work midnights) the person on the phone that set up my appointment was very friendly and professional. Upon arrival I was helped quickly and told that the work would take up to 2.5 hours. They were done in about one hour. The only thing I do not care for is the Service area. The person helping you is raised up eight inches over where you stand. Other than that I was extremely pleased with the service and staff. If I stick with Ram I will buy my next truck at Safford as well. More
