Two full months before I got vehicle back.claimed they only had one person on staff that could work on transmissions. Said they could not offer loaner even though it was their fault they did not identify problem the first time it was in there. More

I called Safford where I also purchased the truck and they were able to fit me in that morning ( I wor I received a recall notice on my 2016 Ram 1500. I called Safford where I also purchased the truck and they were able to fit me in that morning ( I work midnights) the person on the phone that set up my appointment was very friendly and professional. Upon arrival I was helped quickly and told that the work would take up to 2.5 hours. They were done in about one hour. The only thing I do not care for is the Service area. The person helping you is raised up eight inches over where you stand. Other than that I was extremely pleased with the service and staff. If I stick with Ram I will buy my next truck at Safford as well. More
