I’m glad you ask not good made a appointment for 1 because I needed to be at work for 3:30 , I got there at 12:55 the service manager said that they were a little behind and I told him that was ok as because I needed to be at work for 3:30 , I got there at 12:55 the service manager said that they were a little behind and I told him that was ok as long as I’m out of here by no later than 2:30 he said that won’t be a problem ok that’s cool. Fast forward 2:30 comes no truck still on lift , was told by him any minute now , 3:00 got it back finally won’t be. Be coming back would have bought a service package today but after making me late for work no thank you!! Won’t be coming back for anything!! You know honestly would have gone a long way if you couldn’t get your act together to do a oil change and a recall on the tailgate in 2 and hours you should have told me when I got there on time or god for bid call or text and give me a heads up that you are so screwed up today and you are going to need to pack a lunch or just maybe give me a choice to maybe just reschedule hmmm just a thought bad business just saying thanks for nothing!!!!!!! More

Teriable service Have 18 2500 Series RAM Brought it in for a oil change. I had a appointment @ 10:30 the first thing they said was we wont get it till after lunch. Wh Have 18 2500 Series RAM Brought it in for a oil change. I had a appointment @ 10:30 the first thing they said was we wont get it till after lunch. Why make a appointment? I aske the service writer if they would grease the front drive shaft, the service writer said that would be 48 dollars because they have to remove it. They must think people are stupid .In less than 5 minutes I had a video of it being greased while in the truck. Called another dealer they grease it no charge when your getting your oil changed. Had my truck in for a bad light switch and they tried to give me a Minnie van for a rental. I told them I bought a truck for a reason. They were going to make me take it till I told them I was going to put a dead dear in it. Spend that kind of money you would think they would treated you better. Don't go. More

3 hours to get oil change/tire rotation Had an appt, was 15 minutes EARLY to service and 3 hours later finally got the wrangler back from the oil change and tire rotation! At no time did service say they were backed up, it would take longer than usual etc. After 2 hours asked a couple of times if there was a problem with no response except the vehicle was “almost” ready. You know if somebody apologizes, admits they made a mistake (like we grabbed the wrong white wrangler first, overbooked, somebody didn’t show up for work, etc) then I could understand but there was NOTHING! So then I have to think they’re now going to be this slow as they didn’t even offer an apology and/or an explanation. In fairness, the several previous experiences were not problematic. So what’s up? More
