WOrst Dealer Service Experience I have ever had In 42 years of taking vehicles to a dealer for service never ahd a worse experience than at Safford Warrenton. Service adviser Oh I dint know you want In 42 years of taking vehicles to a dealer for service never ahd a worse experience than at Safford Warrenton. Service adviser Oh I dint know you wanted a saefty inspection Really. I listed it when I booked the appointment on line. Then sir you ahve 3mm of rear brake pad depth and your Grand Cherokee wont pass VA State Safety inspection. Really it was 3mm when I had the Jeep in back in Oct for a oil change. Wasnt going to fight it with Covid 19 out break. Just FYI 2/32nds is the minimum in VA to pass the inspection and that equals 1.5mm so had twice the minimum amount. SAfford used to be decent but in last year they have gone down hill They are a rip off. DO NOT USE THEM FOR SERVICE! More
