I wish I could give them a better rating, but my experience doesn't allow. I purchased a $98K truck from them which they delivered. The delivery driver damaged the truck upon unloading. Safford pawned the whole thing off on me because they only hired the delivery company. They never gave me any information on the company so I spent weeks tracking and getting their insurance information. I now sit here wit expired temp tags. I informed the sales rep and the sales manager (David Black). I was told over a week ago that they were sending new temp tags. That never happened. Emails have gone unanswered from Mr. Black. Communication is poor at best from both Mr. Black and the sales rep. I have no idea when I will recieve my tags. the truck is illegal to drive at this point. It has been illegal for 19 days. Unacceptable. More

I hate to leave bad reviews but this one was just horrible. Dropped off our work truck on 7/9/2024 and it was not even looked at for a few weeks. Finally, a MONTH later after I had to keep bugging th horrible. Dropped off our work truck on 7/9/2024 and it was not even looked at for a few weeks. Finally, a MONTH later after I had to keep bugging the service rep, they finished repairing it and charge me $1,266.85 for FUEL FILTERS! The service rep I called multiple times and would flat out tell me our vehicle is in the shop and it wasn’t. We have GPS and dash cams in all our trucks and know exactly where each and every vehicle is at all times. When I stated that to the rep that there’s no need to lie to me when I even drove around the dealer and the truck was still parked in the same spot for 3 weeks they went and disconnected the GPS system and didn’t even have common courtesy to plug it back in. The service rep and technician even wanted to play the guessing game, talking about oh we think it’s the fuel filters so I just the service rep well what if it’s not, do I still pay for the fuel filters and something that is not going to fix the issue? He stated yes and I got it all on my text feed because he never even wanted to call me back when I called him several times. Texting was the better choice. Even the receipt shows they charged me TWICE for the same repair. I’ve never been to any mechanic shop that charges flat rates on jobs. It’s usually a hourly labor rate with the shop providing the price and some shops have different hourly labor rates when the customer provides parts but flat rate and up charging customers I’ve never seen this. Ram has our truck computer locked and it requires a code to even get into the system to look at and I asked the service rep how do I obtain that code and never gotten an answer back. My family and I have bought a 2022 Ram 2500, 2021 Dodge Charger and service our work truck Ram 5500 from this place and this is the type of service we get. Oh I forgot to mention, they hate to do warranty work. We’ve brought this work vehicle here 3 times for warranty work and each time they want to sit there and play games and tell us oh this isn’t covered under warranty or they will try and tell you it’s a wear and tear item that is not covered under warranty. Steer far away from this place because they just will up charge or overcharge you. I emailed there corporate email address and still haven’t even gotten a response and maybe this review will actually get to someone that makes a difference because this is insane. More

I have the most terrible experience with this dealer. went i call for information about getting a car, everyone was so attentive and Eaven manager call me to ask about getting the car. now that i bou went i call for information about getting a car, everyone was so attentive and Eaven manager call me to ask about getting the car. now that i bought the car no one answer me, sad because my tags are getting expire. and i have been calling living messages to Kenneth salesperson the tags lady i forgot the name. and no one since to care about my situation. i don't recommend this dealer because i don't what no one else to go true this terrible experience. is very frustrating went you realize that they don't care about costumers. I had absolutely no major problems with the Dodge cars in the past and decided to continue to buy them. As a college professor I needed safety , reliability, and economy in a car as top priority, and Dodge filled that bill. I saw a 2003 Dodge Charger for sale online at the Safford Dodge (etc.) dealership in Warrenton, VA. this past week and decided to inverstigate it. The color was what I wanted and the price was about right. My wife and I drove 1.5 hours to the dealership. Upon meeting, Garrett W., our sales consultant, I was immediately impresssed by his readinss with the car for me to see. I had a slew of questions about the new technology in the car and Garrett was both courteous and knowledgable in answering my questions. I was very lucky to work with him. Happy with the availability of the car, the manner in which I was treated, and the car irself, I bought the car,. I filled out the paperwork, and got a decent trade-in allowance for my Dodge Stratus. Michael (name? ) was aslo very courteous in explaining the extended warrenties and we chose the basic one. My wife and I drove home with the new car at the end of the day. We were both thrilled with the comfort, quiteness, quality of the ride, power, and the larger passenger space the car offered.
