Terrible service on my 2020 Ram Eco Diesel . I never had any issues with major oil leaks and Injector blow-by until Safford of Warrenton worked on it . My truck has been at another dealer 4 hr I never had any issues with major oil leaks and Injector blow-by until Safford of Warrenton worked on it . My truck has been at another dealer 4 hrs. Away from my home because it needed emergency service to correct your misdiagnosis and the damage caused. I’ve been without my truck almost a month now trying to repair your terrible work. I requested a new engine or a new truck because it will never be as good as it was before Safford of Warrenton screwed it up . This all happened after I decided to keep it for hopefully another 100k miles and invested approximately 2k into routine maintenance and new tired . Very disappointed to say the least. I have relayed this message numerous times over the last few months including to the Service manager and multiple service advisors at Safford . I never received an olive branch from Safford to make this situation right. I have also had poor service or poor customer service on my 2022 Grand Cherokee that I purchased directly from Safford. My wife and I are now forced to seek another dealership to service our Vehicles even though Safford of Warrenton is approximately 3 miles from our house. I have a STAR case along with a Customer Care case in progress to repair my truck but it looks like it will never be back to the condition it was before Safford of Warrenton damaged it during what should have been a pretty routine valve cover gasket leak repair. Disappointed customer ! More
