Awful I brought my Jeep a month ago to get brakes changed. They changed them but didn’t flush them nor change the brake fluid and on top of that the new par I brought my Jeep a month ago to get brakes changed. They changed them but didn’t flush them nor change the brake fluid and on top of that the new parts that they put broke. So I needed to pay for everything all over again. Non-Responsive I had to call them to do their job. Sold a vehicle on 1/31/19 and the loan was not paid off by 2/13/19. Payment is due on that vehicle. Why should I make a payment on a vehicle I do not own. Contacted the bank to find out they have not received anything from Safford saying this vehicle was traded/sold. I have never had to call after a dealership in my entire life to find out why my paperwork appears to not be processed 2 full weeks after selling & buying a vehicle. More
Best service that I have ever received from anywhere! I have had my truck to several dealerships with no luck. Even though it was a little bit out of the way for me, I took my truck to the Safford Chrysle I have had my truck to several dealerships with no luck. Even though it was a little bit out of the way for me, I took my truck to the Safford Chrysler dealership in Salisbury and not only were they able to fix it on the first visit, but they were also able to get it covered under warranty! Wish we had more dodge dealerships Made a appt for a recall on my dodge journey that I bought from carmax. When I made my appt was told is should take no more than 20 minutes. Get there a little bit early told atleast 45 minutes. Well fast forward to a hour and half later still sitting in the waiting area. Go talk to the girls at the desk they didnt even know I was still there and my truck was still not finished. Finally get my truck truck back and they guy working on it stole my CD out of the CD player. Was told he never touched thd CD player only the DVD player . Guess what it's the same slot . Called the office manager she said she would call me back on Saturday when she gets to the bottom of it. Well she never called back. More
issues from time of purchase from the time I purchase my dodge truck (used) they said no they did not know if it had been in a accident or not. Asked for the car fax and accurse it did not show any accident. Show the sales person where the hood was not in line. Bought the truck any way. not long after the front mud flaps where not secured and the wind blow and the flap rolled up into the tires and destroyed them. When back to dealer and they would not fix them. Now after having the dealership service the truck scene purchase, time for oil change. Took my truck in for oil change and a recall and asked for a quote to have the rear window removed and new seal put in cause it's leaking already. Got the oil change and dealer telling me my brakes need $2,700.00 worth of work done. I asked how could my brake system be completely destroyed and need 2700 dollars worth of work done when they are suppose to do a inspection at the time of very service. Walked outside unknowing what to do and my truck was on the end bay and the over head doors where open, the mechanic look over at me and I replied that my truck. He walked over and was talking about what I needed done to my brake system, and I asked how can this be when you do a inspection at very service. His reply was that's why that mechanic does not work here anymore. So I end up with the damage. Had to say no to the work they said I needed and never received quote for rear window, and then another mechanic was at the front service desk when I was checking out and I asked about the recall service. He then said the corporation was not make the part for 2014 yet so they did not even inspect the recall part either. When to another dealership and had them do the brake wheel inspection to see what they would say. Quest what, for only 800 dollars they could fix my complete brake system, I said do it. At check out I was going to ask about the recall issue could not even get my hold sentence out before the service rep said they had already done recall. I asked about my brake system and he replied I should be good for another 80,0000 miles. I was every happy. Will never even go back to Sherwood even for the free oil change for life. I will pay a company that I feel is honest. THANK PRESTON More
