No help what so ever Had new motor installed from other mech and was told motor was no good so asked them to install new motor under warranty and they refused because I di Had new motor installed from other mech and was told motor was no good so asked them to install new motor under warranty and they refused because I did not buy the motor from them. Kevin was NO help what so ever and my recommendation is buy a Chevy as I will be buying new one instead of Ford. Service is bad and 5.4 motor is worst I have ever ran into. More

Was told my brakes were in the yellow, but my husband put brand new ones on less than a month prior to the appointment. I had to wait awhile after the Jeep was done for the paperwork to be completed.
