If I could give no stars, I would for many reasons first, that the staff was very unapproachable and very negative from the beginning of my transaction. I waited over 4 hours I felt like I was interrupting t that the staff was very unapproachable and very negative from the beginning of my transaction. I waited over 4 hours I felt like I was interrupting their lunch. The sales woman was busy running across the street and overall not very knowledgeable about the product she was selling. She was on her phone during the test drive. After having my product for a year (accident free) I traded it in a a dealership in Annapolis and they pulled the car fax and told me that the jeep I bought used at Safford, had been in an accident before my owning it. Safford never disclosed this to me. I was highly disappointed when I found this out. If you want to get ripped off- go to Safford! More
