The service department is outstanding particularly one service advisor named Rocky. He's helped me several times over the years and he's always extremely polite, quick to accommodate, and professional. I've taken my car in for the routine and not-so-routine service. Rocky is always more than happy to give explanations, when asked, and he consistently puts in the extra effort to please his customers. I would consider buying my next car from Safford based on their service department alone. More
