This is a great dealership. A friend of mine recommended them when I was looking for my new Jeep. Sonny is a real nice guy, no pressure, very friendly. In addition there was very little direct pressure to buy the "extra" stuff, and it is done before you enter the finance department. Heather in finance is quick and efficient. First, had a great salesperson, Younes, the salesperson knew his stuff, and he was helpful. Decided on the truck, I wanted and with USAA, I did not have to negotiate the price of the truck. During the negotiations, I decided to turn in the lease on a pristine KIA Optima Hybrid. I could not get a signal on my phone to determine what the Blue Book value was on the car. I asked the Manager on duty what was the Blue Book, not what he would give me. He told me looking in the computer that the BB value was $20K, come to find out later it was $24K. Yes it was my fault for not checking and walking in unprepared but a honest question was asked and there should have been an honest answer. So I came up with the negative equity and went to Finance. The person was not attentive and it seemed to me impersonal. Get it off the lot a week later, I am driving down 210, the vehicle shut off and started up twenty minutes later. Took it in and of course, the service department could not find anything wrong. Another week goes by does it again and I take it in to another shop they were able to determine the cause in ten minutes and now I have a nice running truck. There is no hate to my salesperson but his support staff--management, finance and service department really did me no favors. All I can say is that I took the time to give an honest assessment and as you read others take them with a grain of salt--good or bad. More
