Had a great experience recently with Safford CDJR of Springfield. The repairs were initially fixed, then some additional work needed to be done. As I was working through a 3rd Party Warranty company, Springfield. The repairs were initially fixed, then some additional work needed to be done. She was a rock star at navigating through it all and got me back my car on time and working well. More
We arrived with our 'Emergency Throttle' on, as we were traveling from Arlington Cemetery back home to Eastern NC with a 12' trailer. I was told, the manager said we had to remove the trailer (understandab traveling from Arlington Cemetery back home to Eastern NC with a 12' trailer. I was told, the manager said we had to remove the trailer (understandable), but had nowhere on lot to unhook it and recommended wev take it to a Mall and leave it. Angry doesn't describe the feeling. On happen chance, I went into the show room and explained the situation. The Salesman got a very quick and realistic response... Paul in the back by the Amazon Prime trucks.
