We arrived when they opened this morning to check the car out. Chris Sheehan had greeted us at the door, and was able to locate the car we had described to a manager the night before. He was very professional, pleasant to work with, answered all our questions and some we hadn't thought to ask, and made sure we understood how to use the features which were different from my old Dodge Grand Caravan, which we were replacing. He listened well, was respectful, and was not high pressure. I felt he truly wanted to help us find the car that met our needs best. He showed us how to lower the seats into the floor of the car, a feature my old Caravan did not have. He also showed me how to control the radio from the steering column, and pointed out the other features and benefits which were not on my old caravan.. The first car we drove rode well, and I liked the colors. We considered another model, but I preferred the first one. After we selected the car, Chris explained what the next steps would be, put us in the hands of the finance person for signing paperwork and going over the final price. We paid by check and did not finance the car through the dealer. Then Chris was at the ready when we were ready to take our car off the lot. I can't recall ever before having a better experience in buying a car than we did today. I can highly recommend asking for Chris if you are looking for a car at Safford, and I would return to Safford in a heartbeat for our next car purchase, but hopefully that won't be for a long time. The pricing online includes a variety of rebates and discounts, most of which we qualified for, but one $1000 discount to owners of VWs was a category we did not qualify for. That was an interesting wrinkle in this adventure of finding prices online. The dealership provides lifetime annual car inspections at no charge, and the first oil change is free. We were also able to get a 100% rebateable coverage on tires and wheels for two years, for the cost of the tax on that benefit only. The model we selected was a more basic model, but still had many of the features as standard which used to be in luxury packages on the caravan. The car was cleaned one more time on the interior while we filled out paperwork, and I'll be able to take it back for an exterior cleaning when the weather is better, since we have snow today. After the purchase was finalized, Chris helped us program the bluetooth connection for my phone and my husband's phone to operate through the car's speaker system. He made sure we had no further questions, and gave us his card in case we had questions in a day or two about any of the features. More

The salesman Carlos was the best sales person I have ever dealt with at a dealer. Great experience with no pressure. His personality was not that of a salesperson. Tom got everything ready in advance so when I was ready to come back and purchase the car, the process was quick and easy. The Business Manager was also excellent, fully explaining the pros and cons of various added plans and making teh paper work very easy to understand. Younes was very helpful explaining the car's tech and shared inmy excitment to own a fun, new vehicle. His passion for Jeeps made goign through the car with him fun. More

He's one-of-a-kind amongst car salespersons for sensing and accommodating the personality of his customer, and then structuring a deal that met my priorities!
