I came to Safford on a Sunday when they were supposed to be closed. Instead I was immediately greeted by Younes as I was wandering around the lot. He quickly directed me to where the brand of car I was inte be closed. Instead I was immediately greeted by Younes as I was wandering around the lot. He quickly directed me to where the brand of car I was interested in was located. He gave us a few minutes to look around and then joined us with a friendly manner. When I asked what time the dealer closed he said that technically they would close when I was finished looking around and there was no pressure to hurry and leave. I quickly fell in love with a car which was on the top deck of their parking garage. He brought the car down for me to test drive and after finding out that the next day was my birthday he was determined to help me with the car. When I took the keys for the test drive he reminded me to take my time and get a feel for the car. By the time I came back the dealership should have been closed for over an hour. I wasn't sure if a deal could happen but Younes was positive and really worked to help me get the best deal possible. I told him exactly what I could afford as a monthly payment and he went to work on my behalf. (I would also like to mention that Mo and Tom were amazing as well.) Within 3 hours of visiting the dealership to just look, I have a new car and couldn't be happier. Since the sale, I have had a few questions along the way and Younes has help/answered everyone with a friendly manner. He even put my license plates on the car because i had no idea how to do that. He is an amazing asset to Safford of Springfield and I am positively talking about him to everyone who is admiring my new car and here as well. He really is the reason why I purchased the car on a day I had intended to just look and see what they had. I am happier for the experience. More

This was our first experience with Jeep and with this dealership. We have owned several new Hondas and Audis in the past, but were interested in learning more about the Jeep Grand Cherokee.
