I had an exceptional experience purchasing a vehicle from the dealer. The staff is top notch and treated me like an adult with no xx. The finance team was also extremely helpful and broke everything down so clear that I had very few questions throughout the purchase process. They also offered me the most for my trade in over every other dealer AND gave me the best price on my brand new vehicle that beat surrounding dealers offers for older used year models. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from them . More
This dealership is very poor on communication, with me and each other. I had the vehicle in for service, had no notification that it was done and the morning person passed it off somewhere they didn’t kno and each other. The manager fixed it and provided some compensation on the bill, but this has happened before where my vehicle was done for quite a while and I was not notified. Based on issues I’ve had here and in the past, think I’m done bringing my vehicle here. More
