The only part I was not completely pleased with is that the vehicle was taken to their machine car wash without asking if I was interested. I hand wash and wax my car, and avoid the automatic car washes. While a nice extra, I would have preferred it to have been offered (I would have declined) than done without my asking. Most customers probably wouldn't care, but waxing something of that size is time consuming and I avoid things that will shorten the time between waxing intervals. More
