Expeditious and friendly I like the inside service desk area. No waiting out in the cold. Service department is great My car was brought in for routine service this time. I have no problem with service dept. They are one of the best I’ve dealt with. I do have a problem with the vehicle that leaked since I’ve had it. I reached out to Chrysler from the beginning. The gave me an extended warranty, but that has not changed the fact the leak persists. I was told that I’d hear back from the GM from a young lady that called about the service a month ago. Having a great service dept is great, but when you constantly have to bring in your vehicle in for the same thing to find out....is not. More
