I worked directly with the Sales Manager, Younes Bekkali, to spec out and order my new Trackhawk almost four months ago and he is the man! He kept me updated on the order status throughout the entire waiting process and even went above and beyond to get the vehicle delivered to the dealership the same day it was confirmed at the local distribution lot. By that evening I was there and the truck was ready to go! While the vehicle was being delivered, the salesman, Eddie James, took fantastic care of us and really took his time going over all the features and setup of the new truck. He was great and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend him! I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the 5-star customer service, the can-do attitude, the ownership they took throughout the entire process and most of all, the sincerity in which they accomplished it all! It's nice to know there are people out there that still actually care. Safford is definitely my new go-to dealership for all my future vehicle needs. THANKS GUYS! More

I had to call the dealership on Sunday when I didn't know how to operate something and a very nice man named John told me he would wait there for me if I needed his help, even though it was 5 PM on New Year's Eve. Luckily, I figured it out myself and didn't have to keep him waiting! But they are low pressure, nice people at this dealership. More
