Exceptional Service I took my car in because I could not get the interior lights to turn off the night before. I looked on the web and it said to turn your dimming switch I took my car in because I could not get the interior lights to turn off the night before. I looked on the web and it said to turn your dimming switch all the way off so I wouldn't drain my my battery. Monday morning, I turned the dimmer switch on so I could see my odometer and went to the dealership. Steve, the Service Advisor, told the repair technician what was happening. The repair technician told Steve what to do. I was there for only ten minutes. I have always been pleased with the service I get at Safford. And I have recommended Safford to my family and friends! Safford is the best dealership I've ever done business with. Keep up the great work! More
