I was extremely displeased with the service. I went in to get a diagnostic for the a suspected faulty wire harness condition. I told them ahead of time which part I suspected it was, they said i I went in to get a diagnostic for the a suspected faulty wire harness condition. I told them ahead of time which part I suspected it was, they said it would be a $206 "diagnosis" fee. I also mentioned that the Check Engine light did not work and either the LED or bulb that powered it probably needed to be replaced. They took my vehicle and later that day took several photos of it, each of which I could not discern what they were of. I asked if they had to do with the faulty computer connections they were to diagnose, and they replied no. After a while they said that it may be the part I suspected was bad, but they are not able to obtain such part as it has been discontinued from where they get it from. I asked why they did not mention that before hand, as it would be moot for me to spend $206 on a diagnosis that would be inconsequential if they cannot obtain the proper part to remedy the situation. They then asked me if I wanted the bulb replaced for the Check Engine light. I said yes, and asked how much that would be. They said about $450. I had them do the work and it cost me over $440 dollars for them to replace a lightbulb, do no diagnosis, and get practical no closer to helping me withe underlying issue. Absolutely horrible experience, absolute garbage service, DO NOT recommend ever using or sending anyone to them ever again in my life. Absolute crooks, incompetent, dishonest, and generally unhelpful. Still never really received a reason why they could not diagnose the issues, as that was the real catalyst for the trip there. More
