I had previously taken my car to another Safford dealership in the area, and the experience was awful. At this Springfield center, I was amazed at how the staff treated me. I worked with Gary, and I must say, he was terrific. He kept me in the loop daily, to the extent that when he took off one of the days, another team member called and said he was calling with an update because Gary was off that day. I was extremely impressed with the service at this place and would highly recommend them to everyone. More

Great service on tires and state inspection All was actually perfect with the process of informing me via my cell to expect info from them via text... then the technician at the other end went h All was actually perfect with the process of informing me via my cell to expect info from them via text... then the technician at the other end went home which left me hanging for a shuttle back to the dealer and knowing when my vehicle was ready 2.5 hours later. Another technician did his best to cover but was the only one there after others had left. All the work done was great!!! They just have to fix the notification process. More
