Safford Service Department Customer Service Service Department overall customer service is poor. I have had a couple service visits. Initial appointment process, vehicle in-processing and call Service Department overall customer service is poor. I have had a couple service visits. Initial appointment process, vehicle in-processing and call on vehicle diagnosis is probably industry standard; however, the process and customer service falls apart after that. Recently no follow-up calls on car status, work “completed” only to have problems arise during first hour of operation after leaving dealership, inadequate road rest after service, preceived lack of follow-up with Chrysler system on specially ordered parts. All issues have created unnecessary expense and time to me. More

Very unprofessional and bad customer service I went to buy a jeep at Safford Springfield and the sales guy over charge us in the first transaction and some how the contract did not get approve. T I went to buy a jeep at Safford Springfield and the sales guy over charge us in the first transaction and some how the contract did not get approve. The finance manager called me back to come and resign and he asked me for an additional of 1500 to get the deal approved and promised me that the payment will go down and when I went to resign, the payment went down only $5 when I refused to sign he offered that the dealer will eat the $1500 and that indicates me that they rip me off from the start of the transaction and I actually lost trust in these people and then I asked to switch the car to a cheaper one. Once we found the car, the internet price was $19000 + 3000 rebeat and $1395 freight and he tried to force me to buy a Safford car for $1295 and the finance manager said that the only way to buy the car is to get the car with the Safford care plan, when I refused the care plan, he started to use the F*** words at the showroom so I left immediately. I DO NOT recommend anybody to do business in this place . More
