If I could give 0 stars I would. They pulled the classic bait and switch - had a particular hard to find Jeep listed online. Inquired about the Jeep and was told it was not delivered yet and they could not bait and switch - had a particular hard to find Jeep listed online. Inquired about the Jeep and was told it was not delivered yet and they could not give me specs or a price (despite truecar having the vehicle listed with a Vin I could look up the specs online through FCA and a price listed. The next day when they continued to contact me I told them that their salesman had said the vehicle info was not available yet. At that time they informed me “it was sold” and that they can order in another one for me. The paint code on the one listed is no longer available - a classic bait and switch. Plenty of other good dealerships in the area, avoid Safford. More

Customer service I have used been getting my vehicle serviced at Safford for several years, and helped by different advisors. I am very pleased with the service so fa I have used been getting my vehicle serviced at Safford for several years, and helped by different advisors. I am very pleased with the service so far. But I was especially impressed by the care that one of the staff members gave to an elderly customer who spilled her beverage: he wiped off the spill on the floor without being asked to do so, never fussed about it, and was very kind to that customer. This is good business practice and excellent customer service. Of course, cleaning up is expected, but attitude makes all the difference. This, hopefully, is a good reflection on the manager in a time when everyone is too busy to help others. More

Sketchy at best Called to make an appointment to comply with COVID guidelines, told them exactly which car I wanted to look at. A new 2019 model dodge, with new 2021' Called to make an appointment to comply with COVID guidelines, told them exactly which car I wanted to look at. A new 2019 model dodge, with new 2021's coming in a month or two, i figured they would be glad to get it off their lot. Apparently not! When I got to the dealership, they marked the car up around $5000 HIGHER than what was posted. I dont know how they thought I wouldn't notice that immediately when I looked at the car. They then acted like nothing was wrong when I asked about it and tried to play it off like it was miscommunication when I told them the price on their website an hour beforehand. The guy actually asked if that would be a deal breaker! Do yourself a favor, avoid the inevitable headache of them throwing 5 completely different sets of numbers at you and go elsewhere where they wont try to scam you like you are a naive child. More
First time buying car through text. Really outstanding work by Mir. Really it was just hassle free working with Mir and when it came time to pickup the vehicle there weren't any surprises. Everything Mir said to me was exactly what happened and I can go back to the text if that wasn't the case. Apologies I don't recall the names of the 3-4 people I talked to at Safford during the pickup but everyone was very courteous again no hassle, everything explained with no pressure to buy extra stuff I didn't want. Really seamless experience buying a vehicle especially considering I was coming from 400 miles away. I would definitely do the trip again and buy from them if they had a vehicle I was interested in. Again big thanks to Mir Frougha for helping me purchase the vehicle I wanted. More
